Madison Square Park is a lovely little escape in the city-you can walk through it in about 10-15 minutes, and it's full of shady spots where locals hang out. We even fed the birds with a bit of bread and suddenly they all gathered around, which made it feel extra alive. Between the birds, dogs, and music in the summer, it's a cozy slice of nature surrounded by beautiful Manhattan buildings.

User friendly Park with big wooden chairs for rest. And the original Shame Shack is there. Cannot go wrong π. Today we did mini flatiron eating touring and ate around the park. So many good choices of tasty treats here π

I love it here! This was one of my parks on my list and finally got to go here! Compared to Central Park this is a lot smaller. Loved this park. Saw some great things. There's also was a pop up concert kind of thing on 10/16 when I went. Check it out, posted a couple videos

Madison Square Park is a true gem. It's arguably the third-best park in NYC and easily makes the top five on most New Yorkers' lists. The park shines especially in summer: you'll often hear live music of surprisingly high caliber, see tired New Yorkers recharging on the lawn, or people enjoying a sunny afternoon suntan. There's also a beautiful dog park, plus the famous burger restaurant right inside the park. With Eataly just across the street, it's easy to grab a bite or espresso and enjoy it

Very nice park. Lots of trees and people. There is a fountain β²οΈ. There is also a dog run park. Lots of people on the grass either sunbathing, picnics or just doing their own thing. Lots of benches to sit. There is also a statue. Great place to just sit and take a break from shopping or the busy area.
