A beautiful way to spend a warm , sunny afternoon. Lots of eateries and comfortable areas to sit. Great for pictures. Wear walking shoes and comfy clothes. Park on the streets to avoid exorbitant parking lot rates.

Pier 57 Rooftop Park, a radiant gem above Manhattan's Hudson River at West 15th Street, transforms a 1954 pier into a nearly two-acre urban Eden. The Pier 57 Rooftop Park is great for its views and fresh air. Extending out into the Hudson, the dramatic views from the rooftop reach up and down the Hudson River. Breezes keep the area cool. Could get some food down in the market or bring your own if you want a picnic spot. Offer party rentals, which would provide a fantastic setting.

Such a beautiful park! Especially around sunset. Grab some food downstairs before coming up to the rooftop and enjoyed sunset. What a lovely relaxing evening in the busy city.

This park blew me away! There weren't a lot of people around, so there's plenty of space to take as many photos you want. You get a full view of Manhattan and Jersey, and it's a really nice resting spot after so much walking. Check it out for sure! There's lots of places to eat inside as well.
