Surge Adventure Park

I went to Surge to have a fun however there was no WiFi so the arcade was down and all the rock climbing walls and most of the stuff advertised was not open to us. When we went to get drinks it took a while for us to be noticed waiting and the employee seemed annoyed that we interrupted their conversation. The foam pit's cube's kept flying everywhere and little kids were throwing them at us. There were kids doing flips and a few got hurt. The trampolines and foam pits were really good though but

Before I begin I feel it should be noted. There is not a single negative thing I can say about the staff of this building. They are all courteous. They are all kind. Above all else, they are all respectful. However, upper management needs to be put on notice. We've been coming here for quite a few years and it looks like no reasonable repairs have been made in those years. The place is covered in multiple spots with gorilla tape. There are multiple locations where plywood is exposed, sharp edges

The new manager Lewis is doing a remarkable job. The fresh paint, vibrant colors, friendliness and welcoming attitude makes it a fun place for families. He is hands on, checks in on your family and wants to make sure you are having a great time. He takes pride in the facility and in his job. It's nice to always see his friendly face and the care and detail that he is putting into the facility. We've been coming here since day one and watched the ups and downs and he has definitely placed Surge o

We have had both of our kids birthday parties here for the past three years and it's a hit 100% of the time! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the owner is a gem and the place itself is full of adventure to keep the kids happy for hours. Especially for parties! Their packages include everything you may need and you can purchase extras if you want to.

Definitely better than most in the area. Things that are better: - more stuff for the kids to do - the arcade option is good to have something else besides jumping. - big enough to handle a lot of kids jumping at once Negatives: - no real food options. Just snacks and drinks. Pretzel or beef stick is all you have. Hot dogs would be a great addition. Cheap and easy to keep them cooking and ready to go. - so big it is hard to maintain sight lines with your kids if you have more than one to watch
