I cannot recommend this enough! My daughter had such a great time and because it's a timed event, she knew she couldn't dilly dally. Also, leaving was super easy because she saw that everyone had to leave too so there were no tears! This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, I won't be returning. The staff was very rude and unaccommodating throughout the experience. My child was only allowed to bounce for about 30 minutes, and I was never informed upon arrival that there was limited time left in the session. If I had known, I would have either waited for the next session or paid for all-day access. It's a nice place for kids to let some energy out but for the price you pay, you would think it'll be cleaner. Mold covering some of the jump houses and jump houses on the verge of being completely ripped. They need a good ole scrub down with bleach. would think twice about coming.
