I rented this for my sons birthday party and we all loved it. They came early and allowed us to have it alittle later. They were super nice and on time! No complaints at all. Very respectful and fast. Always responded as well. I will continue to use this company. This was really the best experience ever. It feels amazing to know there are still nice and good people in this world.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! It was seamless and pleasant. We booked the bounce house, followed up via text, and then confirmed a day before. The house was delivered early, clean as can be, and set up in about 10 minutes. The kids absolutely loved the slide and the basketball hoop. They jumped from the time it was dropped off, until it was picked up. I couldn't be happier with the experience. The price was reasonable, and we will absolutely be using Bouncing Kingdom again

We had a wonderful experience with Bouncing Kingdom. They arrived on time to set up the bounce house and were polite and professional. They offered to run the extension cord along our fence line so that kids would not trip while playing. The bounce house was clean. They came back to pick up the bounce house on time and were very efficient. The bounce house was perfect for our party. The kids loved it!

Scheduled dropoff for 9:00 am over 2 weeks before event. Day of event timeline: 9:20 - I texted organizer to ask for ETA of arrival. 9:30 - employee called me and said the truck was broken and they might be able to arrive at 11:00. Birthday party was at 10:00. I asked if the bounce house could fit on a pickup truck. Yes. I asked if I could come get it. No. I asked if there was anyway they could deliver it on time. No. 9:35 - called organizer. No answer. 9:40 - employee let me know that they won
