THE MARKET AT EDGEWOOD

Great lil local grocery store to shop. They have events all the time, and they are open till pretty late as well. Clean and well stocked. The employees are kind and helpful. I would recommend coming here if you in the area.

I arrived at 10:25 PM. Why was the store already closed? Why change the schedule if you're not going to stick to it?

Around half items don't have price tags. I bought 4 items, and only sushi had a price tag, for 3/4 I was very surprised at the register. For example, Italian breads (4 different types) have one price tag for the section. I assumed they are all same price. Oh no. Or pre-packaged salads had only one tag for something with meat and one tag for something vegetarian. Hadn't been in a while, just shopped yesterday and it looks like they have recently started increasing prices based on demand within brand offerings. So different flavors or styles of the same brand that are priced the same at other stores are all priced differently with up to a $3 premium here for the more popular flavors/styles. Never seen that before - shameful. I'm sure they think they're so clever!
