Taste is good, portions are small for a full pie so on the expensive side when you pay $45 for a full pie. When I called, I was told they're too busy to take orders over phone but I can place an order online- which didn't make sense

I came to State of Mind Slice House on the recommendation of a good friend who owns another pizzeria. I got a slice of pepperoni and a slice of the heat and sweet. The crust had a great taste and was perfectly chewy and crunchy. Both slices were delicious. The only downside was the service. For a pizza location, this business definitely ranks squarely in the middle. The pizza taste is comparable to some similar local pizza restaurants, but lacks in comparable crust and sauce flavoring. The crust tended to be a bit dry and grainy while the pizza itself was quite oily. The sauce did not have a distinct taste on any of the slices that we tried. I love ALL the State of Minds. Lars can do no wrong when it comes to this craft and it really shows in the menu: + The Ultimate is essentially mushrooms and pepperoni, but the blend of mushrooms and the truffle zest give this such a unique mix of textures and complimenting flavors I just can't get enough of. + Heat and Sweet is exactly that: the fresh Jalapeños and strips of bacon with that honey on top? Good pies. They do have individual slice. Seating indoors and outside. Parking on side and behind building. Easy access. Beers on tap and by the can.
