Checked out the place for the first time, and it was very good. Had two pots (chicken and tomato) shared with 3, and they were delicious.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience overall. First, the restaurant was clearly understaffed. Service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed confused about what we had ordered, which led to multiple mistakes and long waiting times. Second, the food is overpriced for what you get. Portion sizes are very small, and although the menu advertises Wagyu beef, the quality of the meat did not live up to that claim at all. I had such a great experience here! The hotpot came in a beautifully designed pot that kept the broth bubbling and full of fresh vegetables, mushrooms, and bok choy. The beef was sliced perfectly thin, with great marbling for flavor, and the hand-pulled noodles were chewy and satisfying. Everything tasted fresh, clean, and high quality.
