Not much to do or see here but a great place for a quick visit and take some beautiful pictures. It has a parking lot but we visited during the government shutdown so the parking lot was closed. We just parked right outside of the gate and walked in.

We hit the Muir Beach Overlook right at sunset, and wow, what a trip! The drive itself was an adventure. Super twisty, hilly roads that were actually pretty fun (shoutout to my boyfriend's driving skills for getting us there safely, I was happily just the passenger princess 😄). We arrived just in time to see the sky put on a show. The sun dipped down, painting everything in gorgeous shades of orange and pink over the amazing water view.
