The Pottery Grover Beach

I recently put together a group of family and friends and went to The Pottery in Grover Beach, CA for the "Sip and Spin" evening. Jules was our instructor and walked us through our paces on the pottery wheel. She was so patient and helpful. Most of our group had no experience on the wheel, or very limited but, with Julia's excellent instruction, we all made two pieces of pottery. This is my second experience at the pottery date night class, and once again, The Pottery Grover Beach has exceeded my expectations. Each visit seems to be more enjoyable than the last. The Pottery studio in Grover Beach is easy to find, plenty of parking, spacious studio, and to top it off a patient, kind, and knowledgeable instructor Julie! If you're looking to explore something fun to do in town this is the place to be! We really enjoyed the session and look forward to return for more in the future!!!

Had an amazing time at this pottery studio! My boyfriend and I went together, and it was such a relaxing and rewarding experience. The instructor was kind and patient, making the whole process enjoyable and easy to follow. The community here is incredible. So many skilled artists creating beautiful work, which made the space feel really inspiring. Definitely a great place to unwind and get creative. Highly recommend!

I love this little pottery studio! I walked in and checked it out one day last summer, the owner was so kind, welcoming and helpful. She showed me around and answered questions. I recently did a 6-week class with Julia - she is wonderful! Julia is incredibly patient and encouraging and helped me become more confident at the wheel. I have gradually made progress and have felt celebrated and encouraged along the way. I'd highly recommend taking classes or even doing a date night session at The Pot
