De Anza College Planetarium

This is a wonderful planetarium where they are showing laser light shows, sometimes accompanied by bands such as the Beatles, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, as well as "the stars", the "sky tonight", & Big Bird - to name just a few. The orchestrators did an excellent job coordinating the music with the laser show. Absolutely mind blowing. Shows continue through May 13, 2023.

Perfect weekend outing for 4-10 year olds. Roughly a 1 hr show. They have monthly themes. Both our kids 4 and 9 year olds really enjoyed the information and storytelling narrative to the show. The staff is very knowledgeable and patiently answers kids questions. Recommend buying tickets in advance.

My wife and I went to see the Pink Floyd laser show and it was good. I would like to go back and watch a few of the other laser shows sometime. The price is not bad for a 50-60 min show.

Awesome, brought my girls to watch the Taylor Swift laser show. It was very enjoyable.

So tonight we experienced their Prince show...everything from Little Red Corvette to Raspberry Barrette and a bunch more classics. Not much of a sing along, but it was clearly acceptable to sing along and we did. Big props to Pete for bringing the vibes and Prince love to the crowd. The pics were of some relics in the lobby and the (what I presume) laser machine inside the domed room. Several very cool laser versions of Prince playing guitar and his beautiful face....very cool and special. His music
