The current exhibit far exceeded my expectations. I had never visited the museum. Seeing whales, indigenous peoples, botany, language, healing practices, women's struggles in Central America, through poetry, textiles, film and sound was a completely emotionally and intellectually moving experience. So much information in a relatively small space. Perhaps the best exhibit I have ever seen for its cohesiveness and gentle yet truthful telling of the story of the space that humans and whales share.
