Being a science teacher, I found this solar system model super cool! My students also loved the field trip to see the model and the Art Center. Worth the walk!

This is a project of the Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo. This model is free and open to all without admission charge. The sun and planets are all depicted to scale and located at appropriate distances. The model starts outside to the left of the museum front entrance, continuing through Rinconada Park with the last planets located on the south side of the Rinconada Library.
