A lovely place for a walk. I personally wish they'd mow the field trails consistently because you will find weeds up to your knees often. Otherwise it's a wonderful place.

Had a great time with our Cub Scout den today! Great hike, earned our Wolf Call if the Wild from a great instructor from the Audubon society. Amazing building with great wildlife on display. Fantastic trails, great stories! We love it! Will definitely back during other times of the year to see what they have to offer. Also will try and see if we can try out the camping events there down the road! Visit! A great state park only a short drive away! First thing we saw heading in was an eag

Amazing spot for birding all year round. Very remote location that takes you to a very quiet and magical area. Nice shaded and accessible walk for all ages with a nice view on the wetland. Canoes available for use and a nice exhibit in the center.

I have never actually been in the center as it has been closed each time I visit. Last time we were there the feeders were empty and the look-out was roped off with caution tape. However, there are some nice trails beyond the building and all the way around the large pond and through the woods. Some nice bird sightings. There are both shaded trails and open ones and none that I have tried were anything other than flat ground for easy walking.

Incredible bird tour by the director of the facility. The nature has a diverse terrain providing habitat for many different birds. There is a nice building which serves as a miniature museum. All in all, it was a good memory for me. If you don't do the bird tour it might not be as great of an experience.
