Brant Wildife Sanctuary is a natural and preserved area of land that is predominantly a Marsh. There are no bathrooms or recreational activities. This place is great for bird watching, a movie set location, or for simply for sitting on top of Jamaica Bay. There are no seats available and this area sits between two or more homes.

Beautiful place to observe the bay, brides, boats, planes, trains, and wildlife. The fall sunsets are spectacular. Summertime is overbearing with mosquitoes so prepare accordingly. Unfortunately the shoreline is littered with tons of micro plastic and garbage that washes up and is left by patrons. If you decide to visit make sure to take your trash with you. I like to bring a small bag and gather debris. Every little bit helps!
