Santa Cruz Maker Studios

We brought a group of 15 team members here as part of a company offsite, and it exceeded all our expectations! Everyone got to take home a piece (or pieces) they made. The studio was beautiful and had all the tools and materials we needed. The staff were great - they gave us helpful guidance when we needed it but also let us experiment and get creative on our own.

My son just finished two weeks of camp at Santa Cruz maker studios and is totally obsessed! One of his favorite things was getting to design and 3D print his own creations. The guides and so creative and kind, we felt so welcomed! The space is absolutely beautiful! They have afternoon classes and also options for grown ups, and, you can rent the space for parties. We will definitely be back!

So happy that a creative kids' workshop finally opened in Santa Cruz! Our daughter is currently attending their summer camp and absolutely loves it. After just one day, she came home with a whole collection of handmade jewelry she created herself. They even have 3D printers - the jewelry tree she brought home was printed there, which is such a fun touch. My son said this is the best camp he's ever been to. The space is huge, beautiful, and well appointed. He loves the 3-D printing and creating things with the materials in the woodshop and sewing area. David supported my son's creativity and even printed one of his drawings on a slate coaster.

I can't day enough good things about this sweet creative space on the Westside of Santa Cruz. I took wreath-making workshop here yesterday, which was set up beautifully and organized well with a large variety of greenery and accents. The hot cider and delicious baked goods were greatly appreciated as we created our wreaths at the large worktables in the studio. Will definitely be back for more crafting fun!
