The store was clean and well organized with signage on the walls to help you head in the right direction. I was looking for a specific item in the art supplies area and found it in the aisle specified on the Web site. For a beginning or casual artist the selection was good. Checkout was fine, it was pretty quiet when I went. I noticed some self checkout stations that should help when it's busier. I would shop here again.

During my visit, Michaels staff was present and working on keeping the store organized and easy for customer to navigate. I really like the class schedule posted near the entrance as it draws the interest of both novice and expert creators of 'stuff.' Great selection of stuff and fantastic sales going on right now.

We have used the framing services for a couple of our favorite photographs. They do fantastic work! Melissa and Joshua were very helpful with both selections. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to share how helpful Josh was with my purchase. I don't know how to frame things or what to do. That's not my gig. He helped me made suggestions and I just picked up my framed work of art. It's a picture and a letter of my cousin for his daughter. It is so beautifully done. I'm so excited. I can hardly wait to give it to her. It's perfect Josh you made incredible suggestions. You did an incredible job and I thank you Michaels for having such a wonderful employee Wendy Hazlett.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to after the incredible help I received on Sunday from an employee named Nathan. I had my engagement shoot scheduled, and the mirror I ordered online (not from Michael's) got delayed by a week. In a bit of a panic, I found a similar one available at Michael's but it showed only one left in stock. After searching the store for nearly 30 minutes without success, I decided to ask for help as a last resort. Nathan was an absolute lifesaver. He went above and beyond
