Anyone who's grown up in northern CA has fond childhood memories of the cave train and it holds up after all these years. The most unique and interesting attraction in Northern California . Your kids will love it and their kids will too.

Love their new location! Strady the owner is super welcoming and I felt comfortable coming in and training here. Clean and inviting atmosphere + top of the line equipment. They have state of the art machines and even boxing and cardio equipment. The facility also has red light therapy, PEMF, Therapy and an Infrared Sauna. Definitely check out this spot in Lake Forest, super convenient as it's only a few min from spectrum with easy parking.
