Came in for a couple of gift boxes and Angela was wonderful. Very helpful, quick to service, and as sweet as the cupcakes, which were all thoroughly enjoyed. Unrelated: bring back the peanut butter jelly cupcake!

Susie's in San Carlos is simply the best! The cupcakes are absolutely delicious they taste fresh and amazing every single time. You can really tell the quality in every bite. And the staff? The girls are the cherry on top! They are so kind, helpful, and genuinely nice, which makes the whole experience even better. Honestly, it doesn't get any better than this. Highly recommend! Carlla

Cute shop with cakes and cupcakes, cookies too. I was a little worried it would be overly sweet, I am glad I was wrong. The texture was great, moist too. If you wanted to "reduce" the sweetness, skip the frosting. We picked up a total of 3 slices to try: coconut, carrot cake and the celebration one with confetti. How can you hate Susie cakes. Their celebration cake is so delicious. One slice is enough for 3-4 people honestly. They have many other yummy flavors to try as well. Plenty of cookies and cupcakes are also available.
