I took pinky there because we are getting ready to travel and she needed her vaccines. The service was great and they were nice to us and told me I will receive the details of the vaccines and the result of the leukemia test on my email... is been a week and nothing I have gone to the site and request the documents of the visit many many times and nothing. I talked to costumer service and they said to do exactly what I already did... we need this documents with extremely importance and accuracy

I drove all the way to the store for the online pay and pick up at the store option and three out of my five items for not in stock which is unfortunate since I drove 18 minutes to find that out. I don't like the fact that online inventory for the store and real life inventory did not match up and I spent a certain dollar amount to get the discount to promote using that option only to pay full price for two out of three items. I placed an online pickup order for 2 large Halloween lamb chop toys. When I arrived at the store, they handed me 1 tiny lamb chop and told me the other one was out of stock... except the 2 I had ordered were available, fully stocked in a display right behind the register. Lack of attention to detail. Easy fix but still annoying.

I travel from Half Moon Bay to Redwood City which is 40 minutes away because of the great service I get from everyone at this location. Journey, who I normally work with in the fish department is very knowledgeable and patient. The inventory is good and the employees are very personable!

I have been helped over the last 8 years by Journey who is exceptionally knowledgable with all things fish and aquariums. He goes beyond with patience answering all my questions. I now have 4 aquariums most recently purchased this white crayfish! Thank you!
