TortoiseLand has been such a huge help! Anytime I've needed advice about my tortoise, he's been patient, super knowledgeable, and always willing to share tips. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and cares about the animals. I'm so grateful for all the guidance-couldn't ask for a better resource! Kevin is absolutely amazing.

It was nice to see how they care for so many different kinds tortoises and that I am able to volunteer aswell. What was more touching is that they take in injured and sick tortoises too and bring them back to good health.

I found a lil baby tortoise crawling towards the road in HLP... I scooped them up because I was afraid they would get stepped on or run over... it turns out they are a desert tortoise, a protected species! I had no idea what to do with the little guy... but thankfully TortoiseLand was there to help! When I came to drop Baby T off, seeing the place made me a bit emotional... it's a wonderful place filled with wonderful creatures and kindhearted people who care so much about them :,) truly amazing work th
