Lack of intelligence from the part of the store owner by stating koi fish is illegal and many aquatic fish have bacterial infection because of physical agents such as instruments which are introduced to the water. Very friendly. Extremely informative. He went above & beyond for us. Reasonably priced Birds,cages & accessories. Small store with a great amount of small,to medium sized birds in cages. And it says a lot that he replies so gracefully to all of his reviewers. He's even so tactful towards the negative ones!! Love it! 👏🏼👏🏼

Bought two birds from this place, a parrot and a certain parakeet. They're both amazing, this man clearly knows what he's doing and I can tell he treats all his birds right. I will definitely be back for food, trimming, and hopefully another bird! Gives great advice about all his animals and trust me, you will not find any better prices in any other shops when it comes to birds. The owner is truly an honest person.

My son has purchased two hand raised birds here and they are the best. The husband and wife who run this store are so helpful and patient with all of our questions. I never knew how intelligent and what great pets birds can be untill we purchased our first bird here

I had the worst experience here. I got recommended this place by my mother in law when visiting LA for the holidays and today at exactly midnight my lovebird passed away. I originally went to this place to get my lovebird's beak trimmed, but my mother-in-law mentioned they trimmed the claws too. The entire time I was their I was anxious and nervous and it was for a good reason because when the man cut one of Bloopy's claws it led him to bleed and the man put some anti infection cream on my bird,
