Dog wash station is the coolest thing! Visited the Pal Alto location clean store. Able to give dog a full wash and dry bath in a tub with all supplies needed on hand.

Love my neighborhood pet store! We come weekly for bathes and love seeing the staff's smiling faces when we come in. They're quick to offer my dog a treat and check in on how she's doing. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares for their customers. The store is well stocked, clean and has good hours. (My dog looks sad here but she looks sad during every bath. At least here we have space to wash and dry her!!) thanks pet food express team!!

Love this place. Everyone was so helpful and kind. We adopted a new puppy from here. Everyone was so thoughtful and kind. I will definitely come back and bring Biscotti just to say 👋🏾

This store is a neighborhood gem. The staff are friendly and helpful, there is a good selection of food, toys and gear for dogs and cats, and a small selection for critters/fish/birds. Also a dog wash area and a weighing scale. The prices are comparable to online. We adopted a senior dog last week and have been in twice for supplies. The guys could not have been more charming and helpful. They offered help out to the car too. Our dog thought the whole thing was very intriguing!
