Rocket Fizz

Super cute. They had my childhood in there. We ended up getting a salted caramel moon pie, Martian poop (cult soda), gluten free licorice, cream soda. It was AWESOME.

Tip: Rocket Fizz is the candy and soda pop store to rule them all. They have an unbeatable selection and surpass Powell's Sweete shop in that they seem to have more international candy and soda (I'm a big fan). Bring a child or just indulge the child in yourself.

Visited the Rocket Fizz stores in Palo Alto and Fisherman's Wharf. Both stores are wonderful since they carry a variety of candy, sweet treats, soda, and heavenly drinks. If you're wishing to treat your family, especially young children to fantastic candy, stop by and take a sneek peek.

Excellent! The selection is excellent. Love discovering all the bizarre candies and flavors. From Kinder Eggs to chocolate critters to matcha Kit Kats, they have it all. Even different flavors of soda pop and salt water taffy. If you find yourself on University, pop in to see what you might find!

This is a pretty fun place to go. They have an amazing variety of candy and bottled sodas, some I haven't seen in decades (and some never in my life). Seeing these candies from childhood evokes a lot of half-forgotten memories. Of course, the prices are a little higher than they were 40 years ago :-). They also have a lot of variants of well-known brands, including some produced for foreign markets like Japan. The store decor includes a lot of vintage band posters from the '70s and earlier.
