Läderach

I usually come to this Läderach location often, and I believe their chocolates are very tasty and worth the visit. However, my last visit was very disappointing due to the customer service. I entered the store to purchase a few chocolates, and usually they hand out chocolate samples for everyone. I noticed the lady serving the samples acknowledged the large family in front of me with a cheerful smile and even offered them large pieces of samples. When it was my turn, she made direct eye contact

I bought their chocolate expecting premium quality, especially given how expensive it is. However, the nuts inside were bitter and clearly of poor quality - they tasted old or possibly spoiled. I had to spit it out right away, but unfortunately, I still broke out in a rash within an hour, which was very alarming. For a brand that markets itself as high-end, this level of quality control is unacceptable.

I stopped by to get a box of chocolate as a birthday gift. The store was clean and organized and I was approached by a very friendly and helpful staff member after I entered. He made sure that I chose the best gift and let me taste some dairy free chocolate. They have delicious vegan bars and plenty of regular milk and dark chocolate creations.

I can't say how appreciative of the service the young lady gave me she was kind courteous and very professional. Made it an easy experience for me as it was my first time. The store is nice the chocolates are unique and are of high quality. They have different variations and unique combinations of ingredients. This is a great spot for a chocolate lover with a more enhanced pallet. I didn't regret my decision to walk into this location.

I got a box of truffles and some chocolate bars from Läderach, and everything was excellent. The truffles were rich and delicious, and the chocolate bars had a delicate texture where you can really taste the high-quality cocoa and flavorful nuts. The store is definitely on the pricier side, but the quality makes it worth it. The staff was friendly and even offered me some samples. I definitely recommend it!
