Pelican View

Pelicans are always visible at his spot if you went here in the right season (although you don't really need to go to this specific location to see pelicans in specific seasons). This spot also boasts spectacular scenery.

Great part of the Palo Alto Baylands Trail. Various bird species on their island.

Pelicans do not breed here and I suggested a place name edit to be more accurate. Depending on the season you may see pelicans roosting. There are lots of great waterbirds you can see from the trails around the Baylands.

Didn't see any pelican this time. Did see a lot a few years ago. Hope it was just seasonal. Still lots of birds, namely seagulls, waterfowls, and Canadian geese. The trail is completely flat.

Very nice open place for bird's viewing. Lots of ducks in winter. Few Pelicans could be spotted in late afternoon. There are trails which pets are allowed. Trails are also good for joggers and bikers.
