I like to go here due to the convenient location. We visit once a month with our pup to get her treats after sampling the ones she likes. This is also a good place to get sample size kibbles to test which ones your dog likes before buying a full sized pack. She likes watching fishes, smelling dog food and knows the visit is solely for her. I wish there were more discounts available on items.

The recent experience has really improved. Employees willing and eager to help. It's great . I feel cared for there. The manager who has been there for a while now is very calm and always helpful also .

I took my pup here for flea bath, paid $80, and right after her bath she was still itching. Then day after, I found a flea on her under belly. I understood that the bath gets rid of existing fleas on her body but they could always come back because of the environment. However, I did not expect that she would still be itching like crazy still right after the bath? I called the groomers and they said to pay to get her another flea bath. This is ridiculous, to pay this fee again with no result

I have 4 cats and I love to visit this specific Petco! Employees always id very nice! Once I bent there in the morning and I thinking to take snake for a long time and here was an employee who was feeding animals and he explained to me everything about pros and cons to having snake or tarantula

Had a bad experience today with the groomers - not sure what their name was, but she nicked our dog's rear end enough to draw blood. We were not notified upon checkout, and had I been able to examine him prior to pickup I would not have left a tip. Note to future customers, always ask to see the dog before paying!!
