Five stars! Fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth shave ice, real-tasting flavors, and friendly service. I did mango + passion fruit with a Dole Whip top-unreal. Generous portions for the price. New go-to dessert spot.

Every time I come in, they're friendly, fast, and genuinely care about the customers. They remember orders, offer suggestions, and keep the place running smooth even when it's busy. Their customer service is top-tier - the kind of employees who make you actually want to come back. Both Brian and Gabe consistently go above and beyond, and the shop is better because of them. They absolutely deserve recognition and a promotion.

one of the best shave ice places ive been to in cali! So good and the staff is so friendly. Parking can be a little tricky in the area, but the neighborhood has free 2hr street parking. I definitely want to come back if I'm in the area again!
