Raspados El Chilango

Best raspados ever! I was hesitant to buy them here because I have little kids that always get an upset stomach if they eat from a stand. The guy is super clean! Wears gloves and changes them every time he makes a new raspado. We don't have this type of raspados in Arizona so i will be coming here next time i come to los ángeles. Muy ricos !!! Recomiendo el de mango y fresa con pepita.

Raspados are good, I think "milky" flavors are very rich in flavor but the "water" flavor such as mango or maracuja are good too but the combination with the shaved ice makes it very water down. I took a bite of what comes out from the lid (mango flavor) and it just tasted like ice. Maybe they need to put a little more on top, not sure I'm not an expert. First of all we tell them goodmorning and no response then my husband asked if they were ready and then the main man responded with " well does it look like I'm not ready?" We weren't sure if he just got to the location or he's picking up. Raspado was dry needed more liquid esquite was very delicious but the attitude was a big no . Then i tiped them $5 and not even a thank you.They were very ungrateful . Never again 😡🤬 I rather give my 💸 to other grateful vendors.
