The receptionist is the most hostile person I've ever met. He jumped to the next customer even before I finished my questions. When I asked if I can buy an additional candle, he said "madam, I've told you I can only give you one for free." I'm ok with the cake being over priced, but I couldn't believe I'm paying 100+ for such a shitty service.

I really liked the matcha cake! The layers of crepes were super delicate and the matcha flavor was just right-not too sweet. The tiramisu cake was a delicious take on the classic. Both cakes were a win, and I definitely recommend trying them out!

Lady M is delicious with lovely atmosphere, but it's a bit pricey. One small suggestion: for dine-in customers, it would be lovely if lattes or teas were served in ceramic mugs instead of paper to-go cups.

Avoid this location at all cost. The service is the worst I had. The one at the store refuse to answer any questions and just ignored me. It really doesn't not worth to get humiliated at a cake store for your day. Especially when on your family member's birthday. There are plenty of options. With this service. I must say after moving here from New York City, where Lady M originated, I am so impressed with this huge branch of Lady M because the Matcha latte with extra shot was so powerful and the Dubai chocolate crêpe dessert was amazing and I brought my whole family from a wedding party at the restaurant next-door over to Lady M and we all loved it and the service here is amazing!
