Agustin's Exotic Birds and Reptiles

Love this place! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. I love stopping in with my daughter. She can't get enough of all the tarantulas and snakes. They're huge! And she never forgets to say hi to the turtles swimming around the Koi pond. Highly recommend!

Was looking for a medium size monitor lizard, and went to three different exotic pet stores all around La. Agustin's is closest and happen to have a younger Savannah monitor on display. After a few visits I took Àntà, the Savannah monitor, home. They discounted the price and listened and helped me figure out other options even. Thank you thank you thank you, we have quickly bonded and she is becoming a wonderful active, healthy monitor. Would recommend this store even if you have to drive a bit

We hired Megan for an animal show for our kids birthday at Valmonte Farm. It was a spectacular show and she is so great at talking and making the kids comfortable with the animals. One of the lizards had space to walk around. The animals were very calm and the beautiful parrot was a real treat. She gave all the guests plenty of time with the animals and it was a great hour.

We came to Agustin's shop looking for guidance on getting a bearded dragon. We'd never had a reptile pet, had Googled endlessly, and were def in need of information. Megan and Agustin were the absolute best. Megan spent a long time walking through the store with us, showing us all the supplies and dragons, and telling us everything we needed to know. Amazing store and a great place to board your birds! We juat got back from a week away and our girl is happy healthy and well cared for. Boarding is easy with juat signing her in and picking her up. The store its self has a great selection of animals food and toys. We get all our new toys here. They have the most beautiful hyacinth macaw at the store as well.
