This is an absolute gem in this town. I was absolutely surprised that such a specialized store exists in town and in such a nice location. The building is incredible, all made of glass. Inside you get a lot of supplies, reptile food and a vast selection of reptiles, snakes, dragons, chameleons, and arachnid. The staff is the most kind and knowledgeable. Incredible place.

Sad sad place and sad little man that runs this place I can't fathom that they have been open for 24 years it's absolutely disgusting! I came here for a feeder mouse and was hit with this horrid smell as soon as you walked in the door. The smell was so bad it made me want to check the enclosures and man I was heart broken it's sad they had 15 bearded dragons in a 2 by 2 square, 2 bearded dragons are dead In the cage, their housing multiple ball pythons in the same enclosure. As I kept going arou

The staff were polite and helpful. The animals all had water and none of the cages were overly dirty on the inside. However, the rest of the building was absolutely filthy. I can see why their return policy is one day. That's right. You have 24 hours to make a return. I live about an hour away. I bought a timer for the lights for my chameleon, tried it out as soon as I got home, and it didn't work. Couldn't make the drive back in 24 hours so now I have this really expensive timer that does not work :)

Please don't support this place. It's infamous for a reason (despite the shockingly high rating on Google). I really wanted to like this place; the drive from my house isn't long, and the architecture looks great, but I just can't after seeing what I saw. Animals are seriously neglected, seemingly for weeks or even months at a time (water bowls don't get that moldy in just a week.) They were either lethargic or desperately trying to escape. Adults are inappropriately kept together. Enclosures
