I hired Shelly for my twins 5 year old birthday party and it literally was the best decision ever. She was able to make them all happy with all of the options available for the face painting. She had enough time to also have animal balloons done. Her personality is great, she is wonderful with all of the children and managed each one quite well. Hi! Shelly joined for our son's 3rd birthday at Jane's Carousel and was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the minute we started corresponding via e-mail to when she stayed later than planned, she was fantastic. She has such a kind demeanor, and the kids loved her - not to mention a very talented face paint artist and balloon animal maker! The adults even jumped in on the fun.
