Can't say enough about this experience. My son had demo encounters by 4 different staff members. Andrew was so much fun! This man LOVES his job and is truly working in his purpose of adding happiness to the minds of small children. We saw the famous keyboard and soooooo much more. You have to go for yourself. My son loved it. The staff are excellent! This was a great experience.

Definitely worth the wait in queue during Christmas. Hear me out , yes you can get the same stuff in many of the other shops in a much cheaper price range but still there is something magical about this shop. So many things to choose from and holiday vibes are completely different. Definitely recommend it !

Wow, is a word that you could use for FAO Schwartz. They are so over the top when it comes to the design of the inside of the store. There is a total frenzy of people shopping with a twinkle in their eye. Such a fun experience during the holidays. Definitely worth it for the experience.
