Balloon Shop NYC

Horrible quality for such expensive balloons. It just popped within a few hours of delivery. We didn't even touch it and it just exploded. And they refused to honor warranty and instead blamed us. Unbelievable

5 stars for Balloon Shop NYC! I ordered a joyous bouquet of balloons for my new baby niece, born last week in NYC, and the result was beyond my best expectations! Living in Sydney, Australia, it's always daunting to order from abroad but the whole process and delivery was so smooth and effortless. Many thanks to the whole team for making it so easy to spread joy and celebrate this special occasion!

I looked at a few balloon delivery shops and this place had the best custom variety. Delivery was a bit expensive going towards Brooklyn but was totally worth getting to pick out a beautiful bouquet, as competition only had ugly generic ones. Also love that they took the time to throw in a couple extra balloons to fill in my bouquets better than I had ordered!

I needed a last-minute balloon bouquet for my daughter's 21st birthday because my original plan fell through. I called at 12:15 on Sunday and the bouquet was delivered an hour later. I'm very satisfied with this terrific customer service!

Excellent service, communication, and variety! Was in a pinch for balloon delivery on Sunday for party evening. Balloon Shop was able to deliver to my event venue right on time without any issues or challenges.
