Incredible find. exactly what you'd want out of 1920s Paris. Unique collection, affordable prices, rare books, new zines, great programming incl Friday night screenings of foreign films. Just added an espresso bar and it's low priced & tasty.

Say WHAAAT!? Where am I Portland, Oregon or Maine!? But seriously I had feared that a small cozy book store like this was a thing of the past in the expensive real-estate age we r in but I am proven wrong cause this is a unique , precious, incredibly curated , intelligent and thoughtful and beautiful little book store and I pray it lasts and lasts and I hope Everyone who can will Support it because this is absolutely amazing, I mean with places like this , small town Vermont and the Catskills,

So first of all this is a really cool place, with cool books and objects, I also really love their branding, website, and mission so I wanted to come check it out. I think the one thing that is disappointing is that I didn't feel the staff were particularly warm. When we entered, we weren't greeted and there was no one at the counter, we thought no one was at the shop and turns out the staff were just talking in the back.
