We loved the experience. My daughter was happy and didn't want to leave. I wish the girls (workers) were more happy (cheerful). It seemed like it was a boring routine for them, but kids didn't notice that. That was my mom's gut feeling. Please, don't forget to tip them! Still they did a great job💖

The pictures online show a beautiful place while upon walking in the place looks beautifully done. It once was. The place is dirty. The pillows that were once white are dirty, the nail polishes for the girls are old and crusty. Most of them were empty. I came here to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and while the kids had a good time, I couldn't shake the feeling that we were being hurried out to make room for the next guests. Been here twice. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. The staff is so friendly. I love that the main character does such a great job. They really get into their character (voice, hair, dress) and their voice when singing is lovely. The events are well organized. I highly recommend it.

I'd love to share a positive experience, however that wasn't the case. We paid $100 for 2 parents & 2 kids for the Back to School party, which included dance party (which was good), make-up (which was fun), ice cream (popsicle sticks 😒), nails (see attached pic), and design your own pencil case.
