Party Suppliers

Went to get party balloons. I asked how many balloons make for a large full assortment, sales associate said she could not say. I asked for 5 different balloons they said they were out of all of them, then when I asked for the associate to let me know what they had she said she couldn't do it that way. I picked some balloons and told the sales associate I would add more if I didn't feel like they were When I see what the ones I picked out look like she then said I have to pay for them before the

60 bucks of balloons. Which isn't all that much but was really sad when I bought them at 4pm and when my son woke up the balloons were all on the ground. Called and all they said was they only guarantee there latex balloons for 8 hours. Mylar balloons also under inflated. Just sad. And no real concern on the part of the store. Customer service - not great. Balloons 0 stars.

⚠️WARNING ⚠️ If you are a Black person this may not be a good place to shop for balloons. 🎈 If you want to be ignored as if you're not a customer and fixture in the store, by all means go. You will DEFINITELY get ignored. This was the 2nd time I experienced racism in this store. The 1st time I thought it was me. It was the same manager with the short haircut who acted like I wasn't there. Now, many months later, I felt THE SAME cold response as I did before. Smh. Dollar Tree, here we come!!!!!!

I bought a single red balloon and a single baby blue balloon the day before I'm going to do a photo shoot for my son's first birthday. When I came down the stairs this morning both balloons were already on the floor. I called the store and they werent able to re-inflate the ballons or help me out in anyway...just wanting me to pay again. Terrible customer service!

Very helpful 😁 I immediately was greeted the moment I walked in. The minute I said what i needed she took me directly to the spot and helped me get decorations and balloons for my son's 21st birthday and made some great suggestions. Thank you for all your help and making my son's birthday memorable 💝
