Customer service was horrible. I ordered my item within 24 hours and try to get a refund because it wasn't ready. and they did not want to refund only store credit. Won't recommend this place for no one party unless you're having breakfast

I was at the bakery a few days ago, and I loved the variety of sweets they had. I ordered a caffe con leche and it was amazing. The place had a cozy atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a treat.

This place used to be great years ago but ever since new management food quality, service, and the overall vibe are at an all time low. I ordered the steak sandwich it was soggy and greasy the bread was soggy and the bag was leaking, steak was also very tough. Empanadas cold as if there was zero attempt in keeping warm, and coffee bitter despite ordering it with milk and extra sugar. Been coming here since i was a young kid, almost 40 now. Always get my Cafe con leche if i am near by. Lots of selection of sweets, breads and pastries all of all kinds. Coquetas de Jamon here are maybe the best in The Bay! Was not satisfied that they are charging for all the condiments on your Sandwich Cubano. Lettuce, Tomatoes, even pickles are all extra charges!!! Times are difficult but these are basic condiments on a Cubano and don't think charging for lettuce is necessary and the other stu
