I have to be honest with my review. I have not had a pleasant experience at check in the last few times my family and I have come to Urban Air. Despite me signing the waiver for my children online, it has still been extremely long wait times at the front desk. My kids are 6 and 8 and they love this place!!!! Everyone that works here is so nice and so good to the kids. The AGM Jeanette came up and talked to me and told me about a Membership package and it is worth the price. If you want your kids to stay active and burn energy then this is the place to go!!!
