We found this place on the Happy Cow app and were completely blown away! Not only is the atmosphere extremely friendly and warm, but the owners are phenomenal! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the food was out of this world! I rarely have the opportunity to have a plethora of choices when it comes to gluten free and whole foods plant based options, but I definitely had that issue here. My sister and I are new to the area and after our yoga class we stopped here for the first time and got a super green smoothie all I can say is wowww they are plant-based and make their Almond milk! It's family owned and the owner was so sweet! Highly recommend

Extra fresh smoothie and healthy food options. We ordered the high protein (30 G) smoothie. I also ordered the loaded kale salad as a wrap. Everything was extremely fresh and delicious. The service is always friendly, and they don't mind making substitutions. Juice shots are delicious too.

Had the best smoothie of my life here today!! Such warm vibes at this family owned cafe. Can't wait to try more from their menu.
