Walmart Supercenter

This store in North Fort Myers where I shop often is the worst Walmart I've ever been to. Not only do many of the employees not speak any English but it's common to find items unstocked. I commonly have to ask employees to find me some of this or that. There are certain items that will probably be unstocked if you go later in the day particularly refrigerated products. I like this Walmart. It's just like all the other ones they have everything. But some Walmarts do differ from others where if you go to one like an Arcadia they would have different items than one in Punta Gorda. But on average they have basically the same thing. I highly recommend coming here especially if you are doing a big shopping trip. They have good prices their staff is mostly friendly even though there are some that don't acknowledge your existence. My husband and I go to purchase 2 of these beers and when we went to go and scan the beers, they came up as the regular price which was three dollars and some change instead of the two dollars and I show the employees the picture they look it up in their system. It says two dollars but it's still not pulling up and I called corporate and they said they're not supposed to be doing that and the store manager still didn't honor it because she said it's illegal for her to switch the pricing on beer,

I would like to thank Ruth for providing excellent customer service. She took the time to stop what she was doing and walked me over to customer service and helped me purchase a book of Christmas stamps, which was the last thing on my list. Between her and Maggie, they were so kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about the work they do. It brought joy to my heart to find such dedicated employees. Thank you both for brightening my day.
