Love this place but ordered helium balloons and within 20 min half of balloons are defective and I didn't receive all the balloons I paid for. Purchased at 9:57am today

I love this place. I wouldn't be able to do business without them. I love being attended by Orisel because she always goes above and beyond whenever I need something and she's always kind. She remembers details of something you told her last time and she talks to you about it. There is alot to be said about that. 👏👏👏👏

Good place but no customer service at all I walked by employees and was completely ignored but that's OK all over Miami the stores are DYI (DO IT YOURSELF) and I'm used to already But the warehouse was clean Bathrooms too And the merchandise was great as always reason why I gave 5 stats
