Juan was great! Walked us in and he was very personable. He gave us hints when he could tell we were stumped and we were able to complete our experience. He then congratulated us and walked us out with a very good attitude for 11 PM. We will be coming back.

It was an amazing experience! They accept walk-ons if there are available slots and also you can take videos and pictures inside the room! Everything was very well thought, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you want to have 1h full of fun and brainwork, this is the place. We will surely come back another time. 100% satisfied

Me and my family did The Heist and it was sooooo fun , the hints help A LOT, the clues are easy to understand and the puzzles are really fun. I celebrated my birthday there and the staff signed a little crown for me to wear after we escaped. I had a great time and definitely want to come again !!!

Had so much fun here! Courtney helped us out during our game and was the best! She made sure we had an excellent time. The whole staff couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience! The kids had a blast! We did the train time lapse and the prison break, which was espectacular! Juan was amazing! The customer service was top notch. Will definitely be back soon.
