Giving this place 1 star only because I can't rate them lower. The person I spoke to was completely rude and hard to work with. I was looking for a last minute surprise for a friend valued in $600-$800 since I wanted to mix different bouquets. When asking if the delivery could be early in the morning (5am) the person asked if I was joking in a sarcastic way and laughed at me, when I asked what would be the latest drop off for today (judging that they have same day delivery) he answered with a ve

The quality of the balloons was excellent - shiny, elegant, and lasted for days! They were super responsive, helpful with suggestions, and made sure everything was ready on time.
