Sharona Small was very communicative all the time when i was requesting detail of the rental for the birthday party. on time and respectful.

I called JPC the day of my event looking to rent chairs. They had what I needed and sent me the quote within 5 minutes. It was such a pleasant experience. The customer service is top notch.

Work wasn't finished on time, the person showed up right as the event was starting - to finish the job after having a full day prior to set up (pipe and drape). Renting from Jax Party Co. was one of the best experiences I've had in a longtime. Everything went great. Everyone was so professional throughout the entire process. I was very satisfied with everything . I added on items at the last minute and it was no problem at all. Every question I needed answered was answered in a very timely manner. I do not like leaving reviews like this but if it helps someone...No response via email and text regarding ETA the week prior and day of.
