Friendship Fountain

Friendship Fountain is such a cool spot right in Jacksonville. The views are beautiful, especially at sunset, and the fountain itself is really impressive to watch when it's lit up at night. Great place to relax, take photos, or just enjoy some fresh air by the water. Definitely worth a visit!

Parking can be very difficult during the day, the playground is usually packed full but the river walk is beautiful and it's a very scenic view of downtown Jax. The nightly light show is definitely worth a try, I would say it'd be a lovely place to walk around for anyone who just really loves and appreciates beautiful scenery.

We had a good time watching the water show. The lights of the fountain are more intense at the 9 pm show. It is a nice area to walk around Saint Johns River, we enjoyed seeing dolphins. There is a nice playground area for little ones to consume their energy. The parking lot could be a little bit bigger, but it's under construction and part of it closed. Be prepared to wait to get a parking spot near the fountain or go before the show starts at 7, 8, or 9 pm.

Beautiful, vibrant, enjoy being around the city vibes. You can go for a walk or maybe you can maybe get out with your kids and go for a walk either way just get out. Have fun once you're there. There is a little alleyway that takes you down to under the Acosta Bridge area that meets to where the Muriel is it's so beautiful. Don't miss out.! Fantastic place on the Riverwalk, right next to the MOSH (Museum of Science & History) downtown. The fountain is large and offers a great background for pictures. It's large and clean, great for families of all ages, with benches and a pirate ship themed children's park right next to it. It's free to park and play, and connected to the Riverwalk. Great place to visit and take pictures.
