Chef Jay was on point for my first Dinner party. From the appetizer to the dessert! The food was perfect. I loved the way he described each dish as he served us ladies. You will not be disappointed! Thanks Chef Jay for making my dinner memorable.

I really enjoyed my birthday dinner, everything that chef Jay prepared was amazing. Shrimp, Lamb Chops, Oxtail with mashed potatoes, rice & peas were all cooked to perfection and very delicious. We can't say enough about Chef Jay. He is a beautiful and talented person. We had an amazing experience. He made us feel as though we were in good hands prior to the event, as well as throughout. He answers his phone and his messages promptly. He has passion for what he does and it shows not only in his food, but in his vibrant and warm personality. We would have a tough time deciding whether he should be a guest at our next event, or our Chef. Maybe he will consider both. Recommend highly

Chef Jay and an intimate family dinner was a gift from my husband and son for my 59th birthday especially after losing my 2nd son 1.5 year ago. They didn't know what to get me in light of grief AND as they say, I'm difficult to buy for.
