Incredible Service!! Received a call from vendor to advise in route. Vendor arrived 1.5 hours before the event. Setup safe and efficient. Joust bounce was incredibly clean and a lot of fun. While supervised by adults, the business had two young ladies working and they were exceptional. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Ordered a bounce house recently for the kiddos for my baby shower. Bounce2Bounce was super friendly and professional from the phone call to the setup and pick up. A lot of companies have very old, dirty looking bounce houses but the bounce house they brought looked brand new. It was so clean inside and outside. I also appreciate their reminder emails they send out before the event! It reassures me that the company will be there on time for the event. 10/10!

We have rented slides and bounce houses on several occasions from Bounce to Bounce. We appreciate that the company is family owned and operated. The young lady who helped us over the phone was more that accommodating and very patient. There was no issue she was not able to promptly solve. I hired this company 2 days before my daughter's birthday on their website. The website was easy to use. They sent a confirmation email asap. They don't charge crazy delivery fees like other companies who nickel and dime you. The people who set the bounce house up were extremely professional and prompt. The bounce house itself was super nice and way bigger than I expected. I will hire this company again!
