Horrible experience. Person at register told us to go to self checkout. Why was she there. An elderly lady asked the checkout person if she could get help with finding a product. She told her no one was there to help her. They where short on help. Just WOW. The product I wanted was out. Went home and ordered it from Micheals on line website. Paid $7.99 for shipping.They even ask you how much you want to tip the driver. Wow! 8 hours later after ordering they canceled my order. No explanation wh
